treStiQue – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been using their products for like 5 years or so, yet not sure if I will continue given their atrocious customer service which seems to have gone down the last year or so. In the last year, I have had issues with my orders a few times being they have issues with stocking their products. My current order is a complete disaster. First of all, they have removed telephone customer service and their live chat and customer email is non-existent although they have links to them, so you can never reach anyone. They charge your credit card way before items shipped, take your money, and when they have no product availability they spam you and release your email and other private/sensitive information to others customers. They had sent me an email me about no product availability with a bunch of CC's. I thought they were CC'ng employees of their small business. Apparently, they write the same email to others and so your email gets distributed to others. Unknowingly for some, emails, your name and even phone number get passed around, which is a violation. I know because once I replied to the email, I started getting emails from a bunch of random people also complaining. They won't refund your money, only make you get a substitute, and you can never get a hold of anyone… just empty lies of auto generated emails saying they will get back to you in a few days. Meanwhile, you have been charged, a week and a half has no passed, and no one will get back to you, while the products have become cheaper through discounts of 30% or 40% off. Disgusting. Most other companies will price match and give you the cheaper price especially if they are holding back your order. But no response. No response whatsoever and blatant lies about product availability, since they continue to advertise for more sales. They cannot even fulfill your order or refund you the money they took or have the decency to answer customer service lines, chat, or your emails. None existent customer service which just hides or slacks and doesn't answer your inquiries, not to mention gross negligence in sending out your email and other private information to a whole bunch of strangers which should be private and protected. They take your money and just run and hide meanwhile taking more orders which they cannot handle. Disgusting.
