Travel Republic – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Booked through Travel Republic, which is always easy. Fourth visit to Club Santa Ponsa brilliant as always. Staff, friendly, helpful especially Vincente. Food good and plentiful, same goes for drink. Hotel based on top of hill. It's so a long walk up hill, and steps everywhere so more for the able-bodied.

Straight forward booking process from start to finish. Immediate confirmation of flights, accommodation and hotel. Helpful tips and updates up to departure. Stayed at the Mercure hotel in the old town in Benidorm, hotel was very good, food was acceptable although a little cold , great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. The transfers were straightforward although the drivers attitude was atrocious. Had to guess when we arrived at our destination as he wasn’t very vocal in letting anyone know they had arrived. luggage was collected from the trunk of the bus by ourselves as the driver didn’t leave his seat to assist Overall a great holiday experience with a few easily improved minor hiccups

An error on my behalf,was rectified to my complete and total satisfaction. I am a long standing Travel Republic customer, with over 100 bookings over many years. Their actions spoke louder than words,as they proved that my loyalty to them was appreciated and resolved my issue without a drama and swiftly.I can not find the words to thank them enough.

Great customer service easy to use website. My one criticism would be the paying system I tried several times to book online and it kept declining the payment and had to call customer services to book.

Just a simple and less expensive way to have better holidays!! Pictures and images of different resorts and hotels could be better but other sites or Google provided those
