The course was easy to follow and do at your own pace. It can be done in a few hours or a few days like me. I had to break it up and it was easy to pick up right where you left off. The experience was great for many reasons, however I think the cop just needed to make a quota because truthfully I did not commit the infraction he stated, how can you argue they are the law so your screwed. Anyhow, I am a hotel manager with a busy life and did not have time to waste in a classroom setting. Knocked this out at home, email the certificate to myself, next that sent by mail. It was a fun learning experience from the comfort of my home. One really cool feature, after each module take a test and you can review wrong answers if any to polish up for final exam. Great Job!! Kudos to all.

Clear instructions, relatively easy to understand and follow. Timed sessions were reasonable. Payment experience at end seemed at a time or two to be repetitive — somewhat worrisome that a second payment was being collected, but that turned out Not to be the case.
