Toy Universe – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am very thankful to Toys Universe and the staff Kate. It's a sweet short story. I live in USA and my sister and BIL live in india. Their daught/SIL/ granddaughter live in NSW,Australia. The baby turned 1 year on May 29th. My Sister and BIL wanted to send something. So I helped them place order. The Fairy cozy tikes. The order was placed. After that I reused I forgot to write a birthday message from grandparents. I contacted the store via email and Kate reached out to me to say the toy has left the order. I emailed back the story and how grandparents badly wanted to send something. Remind you baby is born and mom and dad taken care without any help from anybody due to covid. Kate said " I can call your niece after it is delivered and say it's from grandparents" The number and name was in the order.I couldn't believe she would but still said nice. In the mean time Kate responded to all my emails very promptly answering why the item tracking is not showing up and how long for the delivery all those questions . After 5 days item was delivered. Kate did call my niece to explain that the gift was from grandparents of the baby from India. Kate took trouble and extra step to do this for the grandparents. It was somewhat hard to pronounce names but she did it. My niece ,my sister and BIL are so happy how it ended and worked out. Toy universe please keep Kate and staff like her who make huge impacts in people's lives. I want to give unlimited stars to Kate and the company. I will buy again ni doubt. Keep up the good work Kate and Toys Universe. Thank you:)

I purchased a Scoot & Ride Highway Scooter for my grandson from the US. Easy transaction and super fast delivery. By all accounts he is having a ball learning to ride. Great price too.

Ordered a Hatchimal for Xmas and when it was opened it just didn't work. The team at Toy Universe were amazing and sent out a new one. Will be shopping here again.
