Total Tiles – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered some tiles to match some existing tiles ordered from here few years ago . Unfortunately they didn’t match , this was my own fault as I assumed tiles would be the same couple years later . As with wallpaper tiles are the same ie batch and manufacturer. I learned a lesson ! But the praise goes to the help I received after, so helpful in trying to match the tiles I already had . Great advice and eventually chose a tile on recommendation , full refund on my mistake ! Great friendly company with excellent customer facing skills !

I have ordered twice from Total Tiles and each time the service provided, the advice given and the patience it has been dealt with has been faultless. Thanks to Charlie and Jack. Charlie dealt with my order, advised that I should get a sample which arrived the next day and then the order for Calacatta Matt White Marble Effect Porcelain Tile was placed which arrived as promised. The quality of the tiles is great and my bathroom looks fabulous. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again and again. It has been a stress-free experience. Bought some very nice large format tiles for kitchen & WC… all good so far… A couple arrived chipped… Customer service was brilliant, very responsive and sorted issues completely and quickly. Would highly recommend !

Very helpful staff. The delivery was a day earlier than scheduled which was good as we were at home. A very slight defect on 3 of the tiles. Two of the tiles could have easily been used but the staff member arranged a replacement tile and refunded for two. Was then advised they were sending two tiles. Fantastic customer service.

Excellent customer service, delivery so well packaged. We had 45sq meters delivered and only three tiles damaged. One email and a new box was reserved if we needed it or a refund.
