I believe in my experience

Resume and Cover Letter prepared by Sheras are outstanding. The only issue I had was with the formatting. When viewing the Resume on the Top Resume website I noticed that there was either an extra page with the Technical skills or just a blank page. The Cover Letter had my MPA degree on the next line instead of being next to my JD. Even when I downloaded the docs they still had the same formatting issues. I addressed this concern with Sheras. The next day the formatting was perfect on both docs. But, on final day of approval they went back to the same formatting issue. I approved the docs because it was the final day to approve them and I was just fed up with having to address the formatting. Now that they are approved the employers I send these docs to will obviously notice the formatting issues and not even bother reaching out to interview me. In all, the wording of both Resume and CL are great. But, I foresee potential employers not hiring me due to the formatting.
