Première commande sur ToolNation. Alors oui j'ai reçu des articles au bout de 2 semaines, mais comme ils étaient quasi introuvables par ailleurs je ne vais pas pleurnicher. D'autant que le service client a été trés honnête par téléphone sur le problème d'appro chez DeWalt, et qu'ils ont envoyé chaque article dés qu'il était dispo, soit 3 envois au total. Ajouter au trés grand choix d'outils et aux trés bons prix je recommande totalement ce site. Passez un coup de téléphone avant pour vérifier la disponibilité de l'article si votre besoin est urgent.

I almost did not order from this company because of the bad reviews it has, but in my case most things went fine. Positive things: I got both my orders delivered, and items seem to be as expected (Makita stuff... one was in Mbox and was still sealed as I expected). I got correct shipping information with basic tracking (DPD). And the price is very good for most articles. Points for improvement: Both my orders were on articles being in stock (1-2 days delivery), but one order arrived after 4 days and the other one after 8 days. This is not DPD-related, as it's clearly mentionned whenever it's handed over to DPD or not. The girl at the helpdesk was more or less clueless, and could not really help me on the order that took a bit longer. Overall, I would recommand if you don't need your tool right now. And I haven't tested items that are not in stock, where most of the bad reviews come from
