I was supposed to get free shipping because I'm a member but it didn't apply to my order. I wrote to the customer service team and they had already refunded the shipping fee by the next morning when I woke up with an assurance that they'd look into what went wrong. Love the super comfy and cute bras too!

Very nice items, glad they are thinking about sustainability. I like that they have big variety in cuts, I especially like the long boxers for during cold weather. Also I like that they have period wear. The only thing I'm less excited about is that the shipping is very high when you're European, it is the price of 1 to 2 underwear products.

I love this store both for its amazing collection of underwear and swimwear, but also its flexible, international shipping options: I have never received a US to Europe shipment as quickly as I did with my recent TomboyX order and I'm already looking forward to shopping here again.
