I ordered a pair of loafers, received them three short days after placing the order (shipped from Italy to North America). They were too big so I returned them and received a 1/2 size smaller three days later. My refund was credited that same day. Excellent customer service and beautiful quality shoes.

Borsa bellissima ma un rinforzo nei 4 angoli sotto vanno assolutamente previsti. È impensabile che in una borsa così costosa dopo 1 mese i 4 angoli si siano "spellati" !@
Habe durchaus gute Erfahrungen mit dem Onlineshop gemacht. Die Waren kommen sehr hübsch (und sicher) verpackt an. Einzig die längere Lieferzeit könnte etwas optimiert werden. Aber ansonsten alles absolut zufriedenstellend.
Super experience! I bought a pair of mocassino and the shoes are fantastic. Probably a bit expensive but definitely a must have
