I saw that the dog beds were back through an add online. I was able to put in an order. The communication when the bed would arrive was helpful. The quality is just the same as the first one.

Ordering was fast and easy. The bed came quickly and my settled in right away. This is our 2nd Toby and Ace bed. The other one lives in the living room and this one is for the upstairs. Even the cat likes to snuggle in it! We have a 100# Swissy and we have the L and XL sizes. The L is perfect for her but the XL works too (especially when the cat gets in it with the dog).

I've had the Toby & Ace Buddy Bed (which is used a minimum of 8 hours a day) for just over two years now I am very happy and somewhat amazed to report, that this bed is still in the exact same condition as when I bought it. It's the only bed my dog would sleep in insted of our bed... The cover has been extremely durable. No frayed, split or stretched seams anywhere on it. No splitting or weakening of the zippers and they still run completely smooth. I have washed the cover many times and it has remained in perfect shape, the color hasn't even faded. Oh how I wish I would have bought this bed first and no other bed! I wish I would have not thought a different ortho type bed was going to be "good enough" and chose them because they were cheaper. I've had the other beds - 5 other ones to be exact. All of them flattened out in the center within months, failing my wallet and causing my dog pain. Have you ever slept on a cruddy mattress? Its MISERABLE! My dog was too, but he's not anymore after this bed. I know that sounds cheesy but its true! My dog is 9 years old now and everyone comments how he does not act like an old dog at all. He's bouncy, energetic and "cheery" and I know a HUGE component to his energy level is the fact that he has had consistent quality sleep for years now since finding this bed. I know this bed eases his pain because if he's having a sore leg day (limping from too much activity) he heads to it immediately and only wants to be on this bed. If you have a dog with ANY kind of joint problems, arthritis or dysplasia, help them - buy them this bed! You WILL notice a difference and they WILL feel better! IT IS WORTH THE MONEY! It is high quality, durable, well made and beneficial to my beloved pet. I feel very confident in saying this bed has without a doubt improved my dogs quality of life and has probably extended his life as well. I could not be happier

I know they’ve had supply chain issues but that’s completely separate from the actual bed itself. My dog loves it and has loved it for more than 2 years now. They’re going through some rough times because of all these negative comments. Please rate the actual bed itself and don’t go based off these old reviews focused on the delivery date issues which are resolved now.
