My first order accidentally auto checked out to my old address, completely my fault and immediately tried to message to cancel/change. Unfortunately it was really early in the morning and obviously no one was in the office. The customer service person I spoke to was absolutely so helpful and literally did everything they could to help. I got sent a new order and the only one was redirected back with Royal Mail. I was really happy with the customer service and was praying my fussy cat would like the litter and thank god she does! It’s super easy to clean and I don’t feel like I'm chucking out a whole tray of litter with every wee!

I have been using Tippaws products for over three months and I’m very happy to continue being their customer. I have a subscription for Tippaws cat litter , the best one I used so far. It is light, does not keep any odour, the urine turns into an easy-to-remove gelatinous pellet and the poop is also easy to remove without leaving any smell. I have two nine-months old kittens and two large-size cat litter boxes, I used four bags for just over two months. There is usually a some small amount of trace only on the big protective mat I have in front of the litter boxes which are in the bathroom. There is no trace anywhere else in the house. My kittens and I are happy with the litter. The other products I buy from Tippaws are various dry food for kittens and neutered cats which are really good and I highly recommend them. The dry food is sold in special bags which close securely in the best way I’ve seen. And this is not all - Tippaws customer service is second to none. I’d like to thank Rachel for the support , help and prompt response to my emails. Great company, excellent products !!
