Ticketmaster UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Got a terrible fright today when I realised my take that tickets had been posted to my old address, I should have received them before I moved but the new owner has not received them either since I have moved. I was so panicked thinking me and my friend were going to miss the event :( so I went onto chat support. Amiel via the chat arranged for the tickets to be uploaded digitally since the posted ones went awol. Total life saver! Now I can look forward to the event. I recommend the ticketmaster chat support if you have any issues with missing tickets! Thank you Amiel wherever you are :)

Entry was well organised, even checking bags etc. Directive given when asked where our seeting was.,plenty info given via broadcasting off stage of timing of events and breaks,given time to use toilets etc overall very pleased .

Simple and easy way to buy tickets. Then having the tickets stored on your phone is a hassle free way of keeping them safe until the event. Once there, staff were superb, helpful and friendly, the whole experience was from start to finish, was well organised. My partner and I were in Cardiff to see Michael Mcintyre, we cried with laughter, a fantastic night out.

We bought the tickets for ticketmaster,this was easy. Just printed off the tickets days before the event. All went very smoothly will definitely book a show with ticketmaster in the future.
