Thrifty UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My Hyundai car broke down as part of my service agreement I am entitled to AA breakdown and a hire car. Hyundai use Thrifty car hire so I was telephoned by them and was told that a three door hatchback would be delivered to my home the next day, Imagine my glee when they turned up on time with a BMW 3 Series! I have read the reviews and can only speak for myself and honestly, The staff were excellent from the people I spoke to on the telephone and the staff who delivered my hire car. I got my £50.00 back within two days, By the way I dealt with with the Chester office.

My hire car was due scheduled maintenance. I could not get to the hiring branch (Newport) so the nearest branch to my workplace (Swansea) came to collect and deliver a replacement within 24 hours. All the staff involved were extremely helpful and pleasant. Special mention to the collection / delivery team who were great!

Pleased to report that for me it was a good experience although having read the reviews I would be wary in future. Pleasant staff, no insurance pressure, short queue.

I cant fault the service we have had from Thrifty.. We had to cancell the day before we were picking up our hire car Due to the rail strike They fefunded our money straight away and all the staff were really helpful

Great experience. Rented a car via auto europe. Flight was cancelled and could only fly next morning. Auto europe denied all responsibility and provided no service at all! Called the rental station directly afterwards, no problem whatsoever, rented car remained available for me the next morning without any extra charge. Supe service and many thanks
