THREADBARE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Good experience - items arrived quickly and returns process good - fast response when they accidentally didn't refund one item. Shame about the return charge hence 4 not 5 stars. Would use again.

I bought a Threadbare coat a few years ago which is still going strong so I thought I would try them again. I ordered 4 items of clothing which arrived 3 days later and I am impressed with the quality and the sizing works well for me too. I’m officially the back end of a size ‘small’ in most brands however a lot of the time it’s too small and I need to return for a medium. All of the items I ordered fit perfectly. I will wear and wash a few times and then order more. From what I can see the clothing is good quality at reasonable prices.

I was extremely sceptical after reading the poor reviews. Glad I risked it! Ordered on a Wednesday and arrived on the Friday! Also had a nice experience with customer service, I didn’t get a confirmation email, emailed them and I had put my email address in wrong, they were quick to reply and update my email address. Fab service!

Customer Service I found to be excellent. There was a problem with the colour of an item I received not matching the one on the website. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the CS Advisor and the matter was resolved. The item was of good quality well made and stylish, just not the colour we required or expected to receive.

Purchased 2 pairs of cotton shorts a couple of months ago, i've worn the guts out of them and they are still in good nick. Price good, Quality very good, longish time delivery compared to others. Overall very Pleased.
