The best customer service I've seen this year....There is a bit of a wait for these items but you are kept up to date by email and it's clear that this is the process when ordering. The item I ordered was too small (if you are longer in the body size up for the jumpsuits) and the team - shout out to Amy and Cally - helped me to find a replacement. Actual emails from actual humans who actually helped. So refreshing. Love my bigger size jumpsuit, clearly nice quality and feel good ethos.

Beautiful sustainable clothing, fits really well. The cloth used on the trousers I have is soft but feels really good quality. I opted for the long as 5ft 11 and they're almost too long in flat shoes, this is a first for me! The sizes are correct and flattering, with the added bonus it shouldn't harm the planet and it provides education for children too... What's not to love, customer service has been amazing Looking forward to getting more pieces from them very soon

Isn't it easy to give a good review when things go right but how often do you get to give a good review when things don't go plan? Well it's my time to do exactly that! I'd seen This is Unfolded in my media feeds and was fascinated by their approach and what they do. I'm trying really hard to tread softly in the world and be more mindful in my purchasing so their ethos really appealed. I ordered some beautiful pyjamas. I received emails along the way updating me on my order, I don't think I've enjoyed the build up and anticipation of a delivery this much for years! I was so excited to receive my parcel, pulled it all out and tried on the top, beautiful fabric, lovely pattern and perfect sizing. Unfortunately though there had been some mix up because the pyjama shorts were a different size. I was disappointed and somewhat concerned about how they would resolve it but I sent off an email. I'm ashamed to say I was surprised by how quickly Cally came back to me 'well that won't work' she said, we'll get a new set to you, just donate the other! And they did! How lovely to have such easy resolution, I will absolutely be buying again!!

Super ethical, fabulous quality clothes at a great price. Love that they involve us as customers in design so that they produce what we actually want and so reduce waste. Pop up shops are brilliant, online styling events super helpful. They keep you updated on their journey to fixing the fashion industry and it's truly inspiring.
