Purchased an item 5 days ago. Still no tracking or dispatch information so I have requested a refund. I’ll buy elsewhere. Other stores gave me free shipping for that product but WOD charged me $30. I just hope they process my refund urgently as I need this item to help with pain so if they do that I’ll increase the rating as I need the item urgently. As I promised I updated my rating to 5 stars because the refund came through lightning fast so I was able to purchase the item elsewhere due to chronic pain. So thanks Maddy. I just couldn’t wait much longer but I’m sure they would have delivered and I gave them 5 stars and recommend them. I don’t like email support but it is what it is.

I have ordered through The WOD Life a few times. The latest time being yesterday. My order arrived today. I usually order shoes. This time I ordered 3 pairs. Because of issues I have with my feet it is really important for me to have good shoes. Every pair I have ordered from The WOD Life has been great.
