If I could give this site a review it would be negative 5! Do NOT rent any air BNB from Top Villa. I rented a place that had serious issues. Oven door shattered so we couldn't use the oven. The lights didn't work in 1 room, the wifi didn't work as advertised, all 5 TV provided had issues. Remotes didn't have backs to them, toilet paper holders falling out the wall and the pool was dirty. On top of being in harmful situation due to the lack of proper management of the inspections prior to arrival. We rented a grill for the duration of our stay, which we also paid extra for. When we arrived to our house there were 2 grills. Top Villa states they are professionally cleaned and inspected. It also states this on their page. One grill immediately upon igniting, the grill tank caught on fire. Engulfed in flames. When we called to report it they sent out maintenance men who told us they don't know who's grill was there because it did not belong to them. The line had a leak and thankfully we acted fast and used the fire extinguisher. After contacting them several times, they were UNWILLING to compensate us to our rightfully earned refund. We even asked for a portion and not a full amount and they still not not care that the constant issues day after day ruined our family vacation.

I would give negative stars if I could. They would take your money without making sure that the properties are clean and ready to use and when u complain, their customer service is not helpful at all. We booked a home with a pool for an entire week . When we checked in, the pool was full of algae, green and yellow and foul smelling. We called customer service who first said they cannot do anything for 24 hrs. Then a technician was sent who said that the pool's motor is broken. He put chlorine in the pool and told us it's good for use now while the water was completely stagnant and foul smelling . We have small kids and didn't want to risk their health and checked out rt away after informing top villas however they are refusing to refund our money.i would never book with top villas ever again

1. Wrong Door Code 2. Unclean Villa 3. Dirty Beds (Bases were stained) 4. Cock Roaches (we renamed the villa Roach villa) 5. Terrible customer services (They would not answer the phone) 6. Wrong Gate code (we had to ask security to keep opening the gate). 7. Dirty walls / flooring dirty (The villa required painting and updating) 8. Hot water from the fridge + water tasted horrible probably the filter hadn't been changed 9. Would give this company zero stars if there was an option.....Dont book 10. florida/orlando/windsor-at-westside-resort/windsor-at-westside-49/

Poor communication from the onset. Requested a call from villa specialist Julianna which would have helped prior to payment of deposit, however no communication was made until after the payment was made and then it was to late to make adjustments and her best solution was to give a refund. All of this could have been avoided with a request call for better communication l.

The home we rented was costly. We came in to find a house that was hot, not cleaned, the toilet stuffed, hot tub not working. We spent a good portion of our stay chasing customer service only to get nowhere and to be told everything was fine. We had an infestation of bugs as well. We did try to work with the resolution team but only got pushed off and they offered to help us in the end was not acceptable or fair. Update: I did reach out and topvillas never responded. Top villas told the bank that we the customers harrassed them and everything was fine. We have evidence, emails and pictures stating otherwise. I am highly disappointed on how topvillas treats their customer and we will no loner be a customer. Before booking read the reviews I suggest going elsewhere
