Scams! Mathew from customer service less than useful and enjoyed telling me import charges are my problem. Nothing mentioned at point of sale or checkout, in-fact misleading line that says shipping and fees! Import charges $74.36 Total for shoes $ 290.63. It seems like a legit site showing CDN dollars and shipping to Canada no problem, but clearly a scam. Leaving a review everywhere I can find to warn people! Avoid these people!

How can one ever find the "Right Bike" without this kind of constantly refreshed inventory? There's a lot of parts on a bike. To think they can ship this stuff around without issue is amazing. To think that all these mechanics are "Pro's" and catching everything? Thats a lot to ask. But how they handle the problems, thats the real litmus test. I have bought 5 bikes from TPC, and I have had to return two. One the dropouts were wasted so the rear wheel wouldn't stay put under torque. This was missed in their QC, but they took the bike back for a full refund and gave me a 10% discount on a new one. Second bike was a mis-fitting gravel bike without adequate toe lap. They took it back without issue, including the shipping. They have been very accessible to work with, and have come through for our family. Great bikes at 1/2 the price. I will buy from them again in the future.

I bought a used Giant Road E-Bike from The Pro's Closet. It arrived in even better condition than I had expected based on the bargain price I paid. And even though the e-bike's battery key was lost, TPC's customer service support was quick to replace it. All in all, I am very happy with my bike and feel very lucky to have found such a gem online with the help of The Pro's Closet.

A recent experience selling a high end ebike to TPC could have ended in disaster after my bike packed for shipping by a local bike ship was damaged in transit. Following some kind of impact while in route via FedEx the drive side dropout and derailleur hanger was pushed through the packing box resulting in major damage at the point where the dropout is molded into the carbon chain stay. As the LBS did not properly pad the rear triangle per TPC packing instructions FedEx refused an insurance claim. To make matters worse the bike frame was determined unsellable and the TPC offer I received withdrawn. A potential catastrophe for me now requiring I look to the LBS to accept responsibility. The Pro Closet associate I worked with gave me an option to sell them all salvageable components. Following a short negotiation about the parts value I accepted what I consider to be a fair offer leaving me to work out a separate deal with the LBS to reimburse me the cost of the damaged frame, a review of that ordeal will come later after it's resolved. In any case I had the most to lose in this situation and TPC dealt with me straight up. Under these unusual circumstances it could have turned out much worse and while I have issues with the third party yet to work out The Pro Closet came through for me.
