OUAI – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Overrated for the price - I bought the extra large detox shampoo and fine hair conditioner. They smell lovely and there isn't anything wrong with them. However, I wouldn't recommend the extra large bottle because it is soo hard to squeeze, and I haven't noticed much difference to my hair. It still gets greasy in the same amount of time as it would otherwise. Although, I have noticed less of my hair falls out when i'm washing compared to when I used a cheaper brand. For the price though, I wouldn't repurchase, I prefer Olaplex.

Has anyone else seen major fallout while using these products? My hair is falling out worse than I have ever seen!!!!

Have had nothing but success with all of their products. I love that they make a shampoo for medium hair. Might seem silly but shampoo for either fine or thick hair either done clean well enough or weigh my hair down. This makes my super long hair feel sooo good! Their leave-in conditioner is the best one I’ve found.

Bought products for my sons Christmas present. Unfortunately I missed the deliveries and product was returned to Ouai. Emailed customer service and product was sent back to me. Would like to thank Mia for fantastic customer service 👍
