Quick delivery, nicely packaged nice quality, But blanket had a horrible chemical fishy type smell. Emailed the company who were very slow to respond, but have eventually sent a replacement and arranging collection of the old one. So a bad start, but great customer service in the end. Would recommend.

We recently moved our daughter out of a cot and into a toddler bed, everything was fine at first but she started waking multiple times in the night, looking up solutions we came across weighted blankets and thought we would give it a go… it’s amazing! Within two hours of placing the order it had been shipped and I received it the next day without even paying for premium delivery, beautiful packaging and quality is top notch! My daughter now only needs to be put back once when I first put her down for the night and has been sleeping through the night or at boy waking once every few days, honestly couldn’t recommend more.

Update: Customer service reached out and immediately offered to remedy the situation. Seriously great customer service! Great customer service and my daughter loves her blanket. I love all the ties to keep the blanket secure inside the cover. The only downside is that it smelled Awful when it arrived. Absolutely reeked of factory chemicals. We opened the box right before bed and my daughter wanted to use it right away despite the smell. The next morning she woke up with a rash all over her skin. I immediately washed the cover and that part has been fine. The actual weighted part still smells a bit but washing isn’t suggested so we’re just hoping the smell fades quickly.
