Spam factory. Emails you 4x per day and you gotta jump through hoops to unsubscribe.

Auto renewal for $499. When I tried to cancel the day my card was billed was told they wouldn’t respect my request. Really astounded by their actions. Beware!!

First, the subscription content is generally a cut above what you might find on a typical tech news site, especially the exclusive content. It comes at a very high cost, though, and unless you’re working in the tech sector or you're a tech investor, I find it hard to recommend unless you can secure a hefty discount that was available when I subscribed. On the very negative side, when I subscribed, the Information was transitioning to a pro and non-pro subscription option - the pro option offers features like org charts and databases at nearly double the price of the regular subscription. However, when I subscribed, the advertisement showed access to all features at the regular discounted price. Shortly after I subscribed, they cut me off from the pro offerings even though the plan I subscribed to included it. Definitely not cool. On the caveat emptor side, you should consider using a pre-paid or virtual credit and/or ensure you cancel your account before the renewal.

Pretty much echoing what every other person said on here - they sign you up for 12 months, don't give you the option to turn off auto-renew, no email reminder to tell you an automatic renewal you didn't agree to is coming up, and then refuse to refund your yearly scam price of $400 on day 1 because that's their "policy". If anyone else is in my shoes, file a complaint with your credit card company and if your credit card company doesn't agree with you, report your card to the consumer financial protection bureau - they'll give you your money back pretty quickly

they will auto renew the subscription and will charge you $400, so be mindful before subscribing. Their policy "we don't do refunds" , super vague in this day and age. Their articles lack depth. They merely cover any details that can provide any sort of insights. You are better off reading hacker news and TechCrunch or any other reputed tech news site.
