I had a delivery problem with an order I had to return from Germany to the UK, but the shop was very quick to help me get the parcel to the right address as quickly as possible, for which I am very grateful

I was concerned by the negative reviews on here and so I called up to make sure they had the item I wanted in stock. Asher was really incredibly helpful and even upgraded me to a courier service because of the Royal Mail strike about to happen. Email support is swift and responsive, delivery of goods was quick and not over packaged, as is often seen these days. Love this site.
