The Good Guys – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The best customer service I've ever had! My old washing machine died on Saturday. I ordered a new one from The Good Guys online on Sunday and it was delivered, installed and ready to use within 24 hours at a good price! The whole process could not have been easier. Paperwork all accurate and transparent. Tracking was accurate, the drivers were on time, courteous and efficient and actually did more than they'd been asked to do. I'm assuming the delivery was from the Marion store, where I've always had good face to face experiences in the past, but this time I didn't even have to leave the house. One happy customer!

We went to Good Guys Kotara, NSW today - Heath and Allira both far exceeded our expectations. They were helpful, patient, informative and of course, made the whole transactions much more affordable with their generous discretionary discount (even though there was an EOFY sale already on). Bought a new TV online. Needed a little help with the cart and they were really friendly, polite and professional on the phone. The TV arrive fast and was easy to set up, with great quality of sound and picture. Great software too. No issues - a great deal. The two delivery guys were also totally professional and very friendly. All round a very good high quality experience from The Good Guys. They also recently fixed our wahing machine on warranty - PERFECT!

I recently purchased some home theatre equipment from good guys nunawading and had the pleasure of dealing with a salesman by the name of Frank. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble and he did all he could to ensure my dealings with him went as smooth as possible. I was on some tight scheduling in regards to getting the equipment and having it delivered and not only did he make everything happen he actually RUNG ME on the day to make sure all was In order. Friendly,courteous and most importantly helpful. Frank went above and beyond in his customer care and I would absolutely encourage anyone looking to purchase something from good guys to head down the rd and go visit Frank. 5 star service
