I was a little hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a shot and it was worth it for for sure. I placed my order and within a couple minutes received an email notification then a few minutes later an email that the order was processed. The next morning I woke up to an email with my tracking code and received my hat in a well packaged box. I was worried they might throw it in a bag but it was packed well to keep the hat shape. Well done TheDrop.com, you will have my business in the future for sure!

Was a little weary after reading the reviews (did not read the reviews until after placing an order). Took a chance and it was a great experience. Antonio and Tre responded to all my questions right away. Even their instagram page was active and responded to my DM's right away. I even received my order earlier than expected. Product was real and authentic. I also found a new store thanks to thedrop. I can understand the negative reviews, but you are at the mercy of the companies working with thedrop. If those companies drop the ball and are unresponsive you will suffer. I am thankful the company that worked with thedrop on my order was responsive and fast. Give them a chance.

I have read alot of the reviews / I'm sorry some people have had problems / but myself have ordered like five separate orders for shorts and they fit perfectly I make sure that they have 2% spandex in them or Flex fit as some call them / but as far as the drop is concerned they have been good to deal with / I live in Wisconsin and I get what I ordered within a week at the latest / I didn't read any reviews before I ordered and I will continue to order from them ( rob )

I was hesitant to order from The Drop after reading negative reviews; however, I had a fantastic experience. I ordered discontinued Nikes and received them within a week from a retailer. They are perfect!! Thank you and I will order from you again in the future.
