The Best of Exmoor – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Thanks for a great stay. It felt like we had a private slice of Devonshire greenery. Pelted with rain for 4 nights (unusual, the weather’s been fantastic otherwise) so it gave us a good excuse to hunker down and catch up with old friends. Garden games like Kubb or Molki are brilliant for the space. Closest shops are a fair old walk, especially in wind a rain, so don’t forget to plan in your food etc. Brilliant, quiet little stream leading along the valley to the pub!

This was our third visit to Cuain Cottage,, and as always we found the place spotlessly clean and tidy, with all the amenities we required for our stay. Comfortable beds small but adequate bathroom with a good shower in tip top working order, a TV with plenty of channels and free wifi. They even provide an Alexa for your own choice of music etc.,. Thoroughly recommended cottage for a stay in Watchet, just a few yards from the Harbour and Esplanade, pubs, shops and cafes.

A lovely set-up in a beautiful part of the country. The house provides all you need if you want comfort, tranquility and privacy. The four of us humans unwound perfectly, and our dog had the best time of his life in the unspoilt woods, the garden and brook running through it. The Best of Exmoor, as a Company, seem to try extra hard to connect with their customers. Well done them! Altogether, both booking and holiday were made excellent and completely free of aggro.

We have been renting properties on the Best of Exmoor site for years we have stayed in Porlock Weir, Withypool and Exford with our spaniels. All properties have been excellent with good locations and facilities.

Grace Cottage is a lovely and cosy place in the center of Porlock Village. It was our 4th stay there and we love the cottage so much. For there are less free parking spaces in the village, it is gorgeous that there are 2 spaces just for the cottage a short walk away. The cottage is situated in a quiet lane, best place for our family in Porlock. Best wishes from Germany, we will be back!
