The product itself - personalised small flower planter was beautifully made and the personalisation engraving was very well done - it was delivered in the timescales to my sisters address and carefully packaged. I had a slight problem in that the planting kit I ordrrred with it was not delivered but that was very swiftly resolved with the company rep checking in with me to make sure it was received - a great experience and would highly recommend this company
