I've been using Tempo for slightly over two months now and am loving the taste (big fan of vanilla though, chocolate is my current favourite... yet to try strawberry). I'm currently doing intermittent fasting - miss breakfast, have one of these shakes for lunch and again in the evening with a small dinner. The nutrition-pact aspect of these is what first attracted me to the brand; very important to get all your nutrients when you're essentially only eating once per day, and I feel great using these shakes. I tried others (Mana, Huel) which were nice but after a few days I felt a bit lethargic and really want to eat during the day - with these guys I feel satiated and have lost the feeling of tiredness... I probably should mention at this point that I also go to the gym at least 3 times per week and I'm still feeling energetic. Even when I go back to 2 meals per day (or maybe 3, we'll see) I will still have a shake or two simply because I know I'm getting everything my body needs!

I’ve been taking different protein powders for 20+ years and this is without doubt the best I have ever had. I get the chocolate flavour which is great. Service is always great and delivery very quick.
