Tech Will Save Us – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bought a synth kit, it didn't work. As requested sent a photo in, got a reply but after that silence. Not a word. I emailed then three times. Nothing. Submitted another ticket. Nothing. Very disappointing. UPDATE: this was disappointing, but they have got back to me. The current crisis has made life difficult for everyone and we do all need to be understanding. They've been short-staffed. Refund and replacement on its way. Can't fault that for service. Very happy with them.

Excellent customer service. Quick responses (even on weekend) polite answers and quick action to resolve any issues. I found prices bit high initially, then realised the support they provide is worth it.

Ordered ElectroDough for my 4 year old Grandson. It was less money than on Amazon, arrived very promptly so very pleased with service. If I was being pedantic I would mention that the item had obviously been opened as the adhesive discs holding the box closed had been torn off). Product as per description, looking forward to buying other Tech Will Save Us products as my Grandson gets older.

I ordered the electro kit for my 4-year-old & the first day we were exploring it, the controller’s attachment came off. I wrote to the customer services and they replied immediately & sent us the new controller with the wire within the next 3 days. It’s working perfectly now & my son really loves it. I was amazing by their excellent customer service even in these trying Covid time. I would recommend Techwillsaveus to everyone who is looking for gifts with unimaginable fun & knowledge.
