EDIT: They were great and replaced my faulty boxes and they're a fair bit better. Still not my favourite but can't fault the amazing customer service. Got the box of 6 types of tea. I was so excited to open it up and try the chocolate Black tea... Black tea is definitely a loose term. Nothing black about it, infused for ages and even tried squeezing the bag too still not strong at all. And no dust is a lie there's plenty left in my cup every time i try. Hardly any flavour in any of them either. Also so sad because I got 2 of the cleanse with coconut because I love coconut but its just lemon cancelling out everything else. Not great at all. Wish I hadn't picked it. Again ton of dust in cup

Very tasty tea, I especially love the peppermint one! It's very nice with some milk and honey. Love that they are eco friendly, but damn its pricey! Hence 4 stars and not 5, it's a luxury product

Customer service were really quick and helpful in responding to my query about an incorrect order, they got it resolved within 10 mins of me emailing which meant I wasn’t charged incorrectly

The BEST tea. Always purchase from Teapigs. Usually delivered in 3 days. Only negative is that delivery to outside UK is very expensive and you want your tea fresh, right :-)
