We purchased two Model 7272 Hardside SwissGear Suitcases through Amazon in January 2025. We used them the first time at the start of March checking them into a trusted major airline for a flight to Europe. When we opened both suitcases on arrival at our hotel, the clothes in both suitcases were wet. This has never happened with luggage of any quality, let alone the quality we expected from investing in SwissGear. SwissGear provided an online warranty claim form although we asked for a refund. SwissGear is fast to respond to the claim form, asking for more documentation until you have sent everything SwissGear needs. Then, we never heard from SwissGear again. SwissGear never replied to follow-up emails. Every phone call to SwissGear was not returned. We are disappointed and angry.

First time using the bags on an international trip to Hong Kong, the bag wouldn't open so I had to rip it open to get my clothing out and purchase another bag to put my belongings in, they offered me to return it, what a laugh as if I will carry around a ripped open suitcase from Hong Kong to the USA of course I had to leave it, no choice, never use this company swissgear my first time and last

I am recently homeless. And was carrying my belongings in plastic grocery bags until I found one of your suitcases at a local resale shop and I love it. The rolling case made transporting my possessions a breeze, however one of the wheels has stopped working and I cannot find a replacement. When my situation improves I will definitely look for more of your products. Thank you for making what is a horrible situation a little bit better

I bought a middle-of-the-pack laptop backpack that was on sale from Swiss Gear and it has carried me through 4 years of almost daily use in undergrad and grad school. It has been subjected to a fair amount of abuse from its contents, rainstorms, and subzero winters but is still in one piece and chugging along just fine. I was so impressed by its quality that I bought a larger laptop backpack from Swiss Gear to use as a carryon bag for when I fly. So far, I have no complaints about that backpack either.

Good product and very resistant. It is one of best options for who need a backpack for laptops and something else. Maybe it would be more light. But I recommend.
