Customer service in Canada responded and resolved the problem during the weekend! So unorthodox in Canada. They replaced my carry-on's wheels immediately. When the situation was not resolved, even though an airline might have caused it, they replaced the bag under warranty after 6 years—outstanding customer service and very attentive agent.

Purchased new personalised Swiss champ knife from Victorinox.com Didn’t realise I had purchased it from Switzerland and although delivery time stated 4-5 days it took a couple of weeks. I was kept updated by Victorinox with tracking number and emails. Finally received my new knife and I’m over the moon, engraving is awesome and the knife is to their usual high standard of quality. They opened a new store in London so I popped along to the grand opening and I must say it’s great, really nice welcoming staff, well stocked, managed to stock up on the maintainence oil a new pouch and a few other bits and pieces. They even have a work station so you can make an appointment to build you own Swiss Army knife.
