Swann – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Great product and great support. The phone software works great. The pc software works great too once it is up and running. The main problem with them both is that you can't get them to work unless support has their hand in the process too and even then, we had to go through the process several times because the system continued rejecting the password info given it. The bright side of it is since our last support session everything seems to be okay. The picture quality is excellent and light years above our old system. All in all I have to give Swann it's kudos for a great product and it's excellent support. Thank you!

I ordered my refurbished cameras and got them on time before doing our home landscaping re design, and so far, no complaints. They operate just as the previous cameras installed. I am waiting for the next swan camera that auto tracks, has 15 time optical zoom 4k with bnc cabling, or a swan camera that has two cameras giving you a 180 degree view...I will buy it ;)
