Suzy Shier – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I placed an order Thursday night, realized Friday morning that I move on Wednesday and reached out to customer service to see if there was anything they could do. I ended up getting my order today. Customer service was so sweet Also everything came true to size and looks great. Will be ordering again

I was looking for a dress in the Suzy Shier In Bower Mall /Red Deer. The sales associate named Karly was so extremely helpful with me. I left not buying a dress this time but will be back another time and I will be looking for Karly to help me out.

The College Square staff in Ottawa are one of the best customer experienced people I have ever dealt with.. I am in a customer service type job myself so I do appreciate good customer service.. Shout out to Malika, Alana, Bhargavit and Tiffany!!

I have been a Suzy client for a while and I always go to the one in 4841 younger st at sheepard mall. Vani is the csr who has been always stunning , attentive , smiling and amazing . I have shopped at Suzy Shier, Ottawa St. Laurent location, for many years. I have never been disappointed with their service or their choice of style and selection of clothing. This is my first time writing a review, and I should have done this long ago. However, I really wanted to shout out the store manager, Tiffany, of the College Square, Ottawa, ON, location. I attended her store on a Saturday, and immediately, she made me feel welcomed and helped me pick out some outfits. Even when she was busy with other customers, she assisted me in in making selections I was trying on. Thank you! Tiffany, for making my fist time shopping at your location such a great experience!
