superbuy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have heard about Superbuy from an online friend first, and I took their experience at face value. Only then I saw how bad the reviews here were and I came to add my own experience. It's a bit scary at first, I'll admit, but once I got the hang of things I realized "oh my god I need to stop browsing or I will end up with hundreds of items". Thankfully I was only interested in anime merch from Hoyoverse, so I can only talk about my experience with that since they are a proper reputable company. I have chatted with Superbuy support twice, they were very kind and understanding. I had a preorder figurine that came with a gift and they said they are used to that with this company and they will keep my preorder gift until the actual release of the figure. I was not anxious about that anymore (since I was worried about having nothing else to ship alongside it thus being kind of a waste.) I ended up ordering a few more items from the same company, and they all got to the warehouse around the same time. (Superbuy offers 90-day free storage as well, after which it is INCREDIBLY dirt cheap to pay per day. As someone from eastern europe, even for me the fees were negligible.) I have also used the service for an item that was an off-site figure, however due to some issues I ended giving it up, and after 3 days my money was released automatically (as per their disclaimer) and I was able to put it back in my PayPal. However, buying agents will take a 10% fee of the total item's cost if it cannot be retrieved by the website itself. (if you do not go through with the purchase of your item, the fee is not taken from you and it will be automatically returned. once again this is for offsite items that you have to fill out a form for) As it is right now, Superbuy does not charge any site fees, etc. It has me baffled that people would come on here demanding a service to be completely free when there are people on the other side of the screen willing to help us buy and quality check items. After the items arrived at the Superbuy warehouse, I got pictures of all the items, measurements, etc. I did not talk to the agents assigned to my orders, however there were no issues. After that came the shipping, which is where most people have issues with. I too was quoted about $80 originally which is A LOT considering currency conversion. The friend who bought from Superbuy also told me they got quoted something like that, and they paid the $3 fee to have an agent weigh everything and package the items tightly to fit in a smaller box for a smaller freight price. This is one of the things you are probably better off doing, which some may feel is 'mandatory' to get a smaller shipping quote. AGAIN, this site offers NO other fees, I don't understand why people feel entitled to say that it's disgusting that they would be asking for this. Nonetheless, I paid the shipping expert and I was quoted $30. I'm aware that still sounds like a lot, however I am used to high shipping fees no matter where I'm from, and this did not seem that much for me. My friend told me they waited about 2-3 months for their package, though that might be since the order was placed. (I too waited a couple of months for the company itself to send the goods to the warehouse) Even if I asked for the cheapest method of shipping (no matter the time, I specifically said it was okay if it took a few weeks to months) I received my package in around a week. I was actually baffled, some things from amazon take a longer time than this. Nonetheless, the packaged items were in very good condition, the box was marked as fragile, and I received every good I paid for. I will be using this service again, and I hope this review helps someone that's on the fence about using this service.

I recently used the Superbuy agent to help me buy some anime figures [Nendoroids specifically] so this is NOT a review of a haul or clothing items. They bought the items the same day and were extremely fast with it, I received information and tracking about where the parcel was throughout their warehouse. I received many detailed inspection photos, and even a packing video which really put my mind at ease that my products were in good hands. From what I've seen, they've handled my figures with great care and they arrived perfectly, sealed and packaged nicely and brand new. The packaging was durable and safe, and my package arrived in pristine condition [thanks to DHL's great service as well] I have to take away a single star because the shipping is really really crazy expensive! I had no idea before ordering so, I couldn't back out anymore when I saw the international rates and I had to just go for it. No regrets though, but just keep this in mind ~ Overall? 10/10, would recommend, everything was very fast, handled with care and when I contacted customer support once, I got a response the same day too! :)

I ordered through them several times, and each time their customer service was excellent! The items were well packed, shipping was fast, and whenever the shipping costs are lower than expected, the difference in price is issued as store credit. I’ll order through them again soon!

I bought a Realme GT phone on Taobao with Superbuy to NZ. At first, trustpilot made me second guess my decision, but there is a large amount of positive reviews on the Superbuy platform itself. For me, the communication and tracking service is quite messy and puzzling, but in the end, the item does arrive. Do not panic if you have crappy logistics and tracking. From my understanding, their shipping prices are quite high compared to other agents. International shipping services also have two separate insurances at something like 2% of the item cost each, for parcel loss or parcel damage. It felt reassuring to see such options.
