I have used sunweb for 3 seasons now. By far the best deals available. The customer service has also been great. I cannot recommend enough. Had a slight complication this year in that I was booking for a larger group (11 people) Christine went through the process with me and kept me updated through the process. Highly recommend!

The organisation of the ski trip that Sunweb provided was excellent. All parts of the trip worked well. The only thing which let the experience down was the quality of the food at the hotel.

Sunweb we’re brilliant Loved it that ski passes, ski equipment hire, 23kg baggage allowance we’re all included. I would have given 5star but was very upset that after having to get to Luton airport at 4.00am and after a 3 hour transfer from the airport to the apartment arriving there at 11.00sm local time the reception was closed until 4.00pm and we couldn’t check in till 5pm!!! Really bad!!
