Amazing Customer Service / Quick Response Time

I ordered a custom belt buckle with strap over the summer and received what would become my favorite belt about a month after ordering. It seemed well made and sturdy but about 5 months after receipt, the metal post that holds the buckle onto the strap broke off, rendering the belt unwearable. It probably just needs some sautering but who has time to find a repair place for that? I emailed the company and received a response within a few short hours requesting pics of my broken belt buckle, which I immediately provided. Within minutes I had confirmation of a shipping label for the NEW BUCKLE this company was sending me as a replacement for the defective one. WOW, just wow. Great customer service. I would definitely buy from Stethems again and 10/10 would recommend them!
