The advisor I spoke to was named Laura and during the whole of our conversation she could not have been more helpful. She was prepared to listen to everything I had to say and answered the many questions I needed to ask. She was friendly but professional and I felt at ease at all times. I requested that she put the policy in the post for me, as I am not very tech minded, and I am happy to say that it arrived today, so all in all my experience in arranging this policy could not have been better. Easy to use and view what I was buying with the ability to see the different levels of cover. However I hope that I don't have cause to claim that's when I would give it 5 if acted on swiftly and efficiently.
