STAUD – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was worried after reading some of these reviews on Staud’s customer service. Thankfully I could not have had a better experience! I ordered on 5/11and my discount didn’t come off the price and there was a $10 routing fee. I heard from Shajuanda ON 5/11 and she promptly refunded BOTH charges after explaining the extra fee. The dress came beautifully packaged, nice quality. I am unfortunately too short to carry off the look and had to return it. I received a refund in 5 days. Would absolutely buy from there again

Ordered 3 times in the last few weeks and got all of my orders fairly quickly, so I cant relate to other reviewers issues with customer service. One of my orders required an exchange and i found the online portal to be very user friendly. The quality hasn't been an issue, and all of my stuff came packaged very nicely! The only thing that could have better was the packaging of some pants i got on Sample Sale which came with a broken hanger but for 50% off, I'm not complaining. I get compliments any time i wear their stuff.

If we talk about the dress which I have ordered from STAUD - very beautiful, fits well and very well made from quality materials. Before buying this dress I was communicating two times with client service and they helped me with the size. So at this point I am very satisfied with STAUD brand. But for my first order I have had a problem with a delivery by FedEx France. My package was delivered by Fedex, it was delivered to my home address, despite the fact that I have reprogrammed my delivery to another address because I knew I will not be at home that day. So Fedex have delivered my order to my home address and gave it to somebody, to a stranger actually, who signed for me. I would like to precise that the cost of international delivery is 35 eur + 44 eur for the custom's tax and my order was also expensive as all the clothes of this brand. I understand that it's the fault of FedEx France as they were not able to provide a good delivery service but it is STAUD who have chosen to deliver their goods with this company. __________ Now the updates. Finally, I have found my package by myself because I have gone to check the collect point which I have chosen to be delivered to. And my package was there. The information which I have received by mail from FedEx was incorrect finally and it led to a confusion. And I have received an answer from STAUD's client service, they were up to find my package and to contact me after. So I will finally put 4 stars just for this problem and confusion with FedEx France because it is a part of customer's experience.

This could've easily been a two star review, but their quick and unexpected customer service response made it a great experience. Two weeks after I placed my order, I was notified that a top I ordered was unavailable. It was part of a set, so I was upset and reached out to them. They replied that they understood, so they would send me the skirt for free, and sure enough I was refunded the value of the skirt the next business day. I haven't received the order yet, but I have no doubts that the clothes will be great quality.
