After seeing the reviews, I’m surprised!😮 but it’s better to experience it for yourself rather than listen to negative reviews.I highly recommend State Farm to anyone that’s had trouble with getting a great deal, My experience has been excellent!!!! And well worth the switch guaranteed!. It was a very simple process switching insurance. State Farm employee in my case I had these ladies(Samantha N Barber, Staci Werlau, MiKayla Hatzell). They will guide you through your process. I’ve had no trouble getting the materials I need. I recommend going paperless( encouraged, more environmentally friendly). I’m super greatful I’ve switched. I have worked with my State Farm agent from Jeremy Senn's office for years. After the great service we have gotten, my two sons are also using State farm. His name is Sam Welter and he has always been supportive and helped me navigate the insurance and claims process. He is always very responsive and helpful. He will do the leg work and put me in contact with the right people. Without the support of Sam, I would have done more "insurance shopping" trying to find a cheaper rate.
