I ordered a birthday gift for our daughter. The item arrived, in good time and of a very high quality. There was an issue with the packaging however, so I emailed the company. I was contacted very quickly by Freddy, the business owner, offering an excellent solution. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were happy, satisfied customers. Fantastic customer service experience and brilliant products! I placed a rather large order for a varied selection of items and the majority arrived within the stated timescales and perfectly packaged. There was a slight delay with one of the items so I contacted the company via social media. They were apologetic and swiftly resolved the issue.

What an amazing company! I ordered a birthday gift for my mum very last minute (I had been seriously unwell in hospital and so had not been able to buy anything). I messaged Star Kingdom Store customer services to explain my situation, and they went above and beyond in helping me find a resolution so that my mum would get a gift in time. The customer services representative I spoke to was polite, quick to respond, and very professional. And they took time to genuinely ask about how I was, which meant a lot. You don’t find many companies like this anymore, and we need to support them to make sure they last. So I would definitely recommend buying from Star Kingdom Store.
