Starbucks – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

As a visitor from out of the area, you always know what you're getting in terms of quality and choice when you visit a Starbucks anywhere in the world. However, what made this particular Starbucks stand out from all of the rest is its staff; namely Ricky & Rachel! From the moment of walking through the door i was greeted by the cheeriest of hellos. The two staff have a great working chemistry together and use appropriate humour and great banter with their customers. Chatty and helpful, my take-out order changed to a stay in order, where I purchased much more than I'd originally intended and really enjoyed the ambiance. Just a pity the bar code for my customer survey (and a discount from my next order) wasn't working. That would have been a real bonus. People of Peterborough, pop into the branch and and join Ricky & Rachel, the jewel in the Starbucks crown, for a brew. People with their positive customers service skills are few and far between these days!

To the guy in cineworld Bentleybridge Starbucks you are so kind! We bought two strawberries & cream frappes & my sons slipped out his head but you were so kind to make him a new one. & you cleaned the mess up. I have been a regular customer at Hammersmith Kingstreet branch for around one year ( daily ) and the staffs who regularly serviced me include Andy and Iaonnis and they are very polite and welcoming. The customer service is excellent and time efficient. They deserve five stars rating.

This is a review especially for Esme At the Spitfire Starbucks in Stafford. My daughter and I have just moved into the area. This is the nearest Starbucks to us so we are regulars here. Esme made the experience wonderful and welcoming. She's such a lovely person so kind. A great asset to Starbucks. X

I go regularly to the Starbucks in crescent link in Derry and I’m always given excellent service by all the staff and especially Shanay who is always very friendly and welcoming! She always gets my day off to a good start! Well done Starbucks!
