Squarespace – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been using the platform for my website for over year now, with the additional functions for businesses. Scheduling is great and works flawlessly! I find the design clean and modern and making adjustments to pages is super straightforward. The new version was a step backward in my opinion—migrating all pages to the new system was a nightmare for me and caused more problems than it was worth. I'm staying with legacy sections for as long as possible, and hope they don't force the new system anytime soon. Their support, however, is lacking. I had an issue and couldn't find any way to ask my question properly. I found their flow-system to get support confusing to say the least (too many categories which were not relevant to my question). Eventually, the system gave me no solutions to my issue. Custom support is non-existent. I tried their support forum, but was told that I needed to contact the developers, which I found to be literally impossible. Great system, very lackluster support.

I've had squarespace for YEARS and it's been nothing short of fantastic. Their customer service team are incredibly helpful, and I've never been left waiting to get something fixed. My website ranks highly, its easy to customise and I love the layouts they offer.

It's good enough to make a site by yourself. Overall is okay, but frustrated that need to pay for almost everything extra.
