SpringHill Suites – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I contacted Spring Hill Suites to book a reservation and I got the worst service anyone can ever experience from an agent who said her name was Thai. She refused to transfer to the location to get my questions answered and refused to get me over to a supervisor. She hung up on me when I continued to beg her to assist me like a human being. I will never stay at this location and it’s sad when I was ready to book for my daughters birthday party. All I needed to make sure is that the pool was open. The worst service ever! Will never stay here.

The room and people In the reception was ok. The breakfast was the worst breakfast we ever had seen. There was a lot of oatmeal for those who like that. Only very little bread. There was no eggs, meat, cheese or marmalade. We will never stay in SpringHill Suites again.
