If I could leave a zero star review I would. The Customer Service should not be called Customer Service at all. You receive a auto generated email and will not help with the issue. I ordered a open box Pilates machine. Fed Ex clearly delivered it to the wrong address hence the picture taken. Because it is marked delivered I have to file a claim with my credit card company. Will they contact Fed Ex-No that requires customer service. Someone received a free machine and I am out of luck with the reduced price. I was given Fed Ex's 800 number. I am beyond furious!

Funny, your first line "what went wrong THIS time" I would of left a "no star' rating if it were an option. This on-line purchase was one of the worst experiences that I have had. A month and a half of back and forward over a large dollar item that arrived with important pieces missing. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I think their intent is to string you along until you just give up and eat the cost. The only thing that saved me was that I had kept copies of all our communications and was able to catch them in their lies. A month of absolute frustration. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I just bought a set of these storage boxes realizing I made an error buying the "wrong" type of storage boxes, so I had to return them. Little did I know, with all Amazon returns to go through UPS Store, I was charged $100 for ground shipping. I brought this up to Spreetail Customer Service. Here is their claim: Dec 18, 2023 5:11 PM Hello, Thank you for clarifying that you paid to return this item back to us on your own. As we're unable to refund more than the amount of money originally paid for the purchase, we aren't able to reimburse return shipping charges if an item was returned via a means other than the FedEx labels we're able to provide. Spreetail is happy to help you with any other questions that you may have. Thanks, Spreetail Customer Experience Team" Therefore, expect you will have to pay out of pocket to pay for UPS ground with a set of these boxes from the weight amount ending up to cost $99.00 to cover for the return shipment. The Seller should cover this, and with $89.00 to get a refund against $99.00, I technically do not see that as a refund. I will also post this on the internet for everyone to see. Unless Spreetail gives me my $100 to cover the shipping cost I paid out of my own pocket or credit card, then I will remove this review. Otherwise, I want everyone online to see it.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO REVIEW 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Only 1 of 4 parts of the order arrived (all parts were identical). I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for the other items / details of their dispatch or a refund... ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS. Reading the other reviews I see that they are not really bothered with menial things like good customer service. Like many other reviewers, I wish I'd have read the previous reviews before I ordered. I used an intermediary company to make the purchase, have used them before with great success. They state that they do not get involved with transaction issues. 🤔🤦🏻♀️ STEER CLEAR
