I have used spoilt rotten beans repeatedly for a number of years both for beads, accessories and tools. I love the tutorials for inspiration and the engagement and enthusiasm that the whole team shows. The customer service is superb and the quality of the products outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Opening a case with PayPal resulted in Becky from Spoilt Rotten Beads contacting me - it appears that my emails are filtered out by their email provider. Refund issued on the spot, and review consequently updated. Original review left below as a reminder (to myself at least) that phone numbers still exist, and calling may be useful, if things go askew. ************************* Ordered some brass rings to finish curtain tie-backs. "Shipped" next day; 10 days later, they haven't arrived. No response to messages. I understand it's a very small transaction (£3.30 including postage), but an email response is even cheaper, particularly when you ask people to contact you prior to reviewing negatively.

Great company for jewellery makers they sell a wide range of beads,charms,threads etc. I've had a couple of issues with items missing or broken and the customer service team are always amazing. They do some great tutorials on YouTube too. I have joined the spoilt rotten club which gives you some great discounts.
