Splendour Sofas – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Having read the reviews about lack of delivery and response from Splendour Sofas after I ordered, I was really anxious that the company was a scam. I however, have had a great experience. I ordered some fabric samples which arrived within a few days and then went on to order an armchair. The chair came exactly 5 weeks after I placed the order and I'm really pleased with the quality of it, especially given the price. I have an existing Scott suite from Made.com and it's great to have been able to add a matching chair to it.

Communication could be better as I sent a few emails asking for an update as I was anxious to receive it. Came in the end and i like the style.

I tried to be cheeky and asked if they could speed up the delivery but the said they couldn't which was fair enough as the delivery time was advertised when i bought it. The velvet is soft and nice to touch.

Had to return my order as i didn't measure up properly and had to wait for a new 2 seater to be made. My fault really not theirs and they were kind enough to help me out and get it sorted.
