Wir haben im März bestellt. Unsere Lieferung sollte im Mai kommen, wir haben regelmäßig Updates bekommen wo unsere Lieferung ist und warum sie später kommt. Anfang Juli kam dann die Lieferung. Wir sind voll und ganz zufrieden.

Hallo an alle die nur das Holz und keine Schrauben etc. erhalten haben. Hatte das gleiche Problem. eine preiswerte und kostengünstige Lösung ist: M8 Einschlagmuttern, M8 Gewindestangen - kann ich dann auf die richtige Länge zuschneiden - und M8 Hutmuttern. Bin so bei dem Swingset (Schaukel) verfahren. Die Verbindungsbleche der Schaukel habe ich aus 1,5mm dickem Edelstahlblech gefertigt. Lovely and stylish playset, that our kids have not stopped playing on since the day I put it up. Lots of different combinations, compact enough for a smaller garden and looks great! Highly recommended and fantastic value!

We ordered our playset in February 2022. We were informed that there would be shipping delays from the get go due to Covid related issues. We did received some email updates. In June of 2022 we received the complete set (everything intact, etc.) with exception to the infant swing that I added to the overall cost. I did not receive the swing despite being told it would be shipped. No responses to my email to customer service. Now I know why....the website doesn't exist anymore. So sad...we love our playset & are grateful that we received our order minus the infant swing.

We love our playset. My daughter could swing for hours and she just learned how to go down the slide by herself. It was fairly straight forward to put together, mostly just very time consuming. Everything has been great, but since we put it up a few months this ago some of the areas with knots have crumbled. I’ll have to contact them to see if I can get a replacement piece because it’s right where my daughters scooches her butt to get to the slide and it’s scratched her a few times.
