been using the service since 2018 and now have 2 active subscriptions for past 2 years (software and Router), barley have problems and when i do they are always on hand to help no matter what! i highly recommend and do suggest the 3 year plan as offers better value!

I've been using SpiderVPN for around a year, the service is great & I can access all websites whilst using a fast VPN. I like that, using their router - then mobile devices are already on VPN without software, if connecting to the wifi router. Any issues I've had have been dealt with to a very high standard, actually very impressive - they really know their stuff & are good at walking non techie people (like me) through things. They have a good range of tutorials & reading these will help. I've had a remote session & the guy was super helpful - I'm not normally a 5 star type reviewer, as we can always improve...but this is a 5 star service. I was recommended too buy a Spider VPN by a friend as I spend months abroad. Purchased a Spider pro from Amazon worked great in Uk, brought too my house in Portugal had a few problems would not work. Connected the support team who responded very quickly too every message in the end sent me a new router with in 24 hours. Fantastic service great product works great would recommend it .

Bought their router a few months ago and it's been spot on. I've had only one problem and a software update sorted it. The instructions they sent were excellent, you never felt that it wouldn't work afterwards.
