Awful Customer Service. Returned over $200 of merchandise and 4 weeks after they received, still no refund. This is beyond ridiculous & the entire C.S. department needs to be Fired. I've sent proof that the return was accepted by their warehouse on 10/14 and have yet to post a refund! It's now one month later!! There is no Phone # and the Website makes you hunt high & low to figure out how to contact them. They'll send you a sweet message back saying they are checking with the warehouse (which is not in the email they sent) and then they never follow-up! Annoying & Rude.... I'm about to just dispute the charges.

Beware of this website ! I purchased two items from them, and after waiting 10 days, the package was delivered to a completely different state. When I contacted customer service, they offered to send a replacement, but only via standard shipping, meaning I had to wait another week. When the items finally arrived, they were slightly too tight, so I asked to exchange them for a larger size. The answer? NO. No exchange, no return, no refund! Even though the item was brand new, with tags, they still refused. Now I’m stuck with $70 worth of items that I can’t even use. Absolutely terrible experience!”

I gave a PO Box mailing address and Speedo sent via UPS. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO Box. This is. Second order in a year this has happened. I called the first time this happened. They appreciated my comments, but repeated same problem. It’s now 3 weeks after the order and numerous calls and was just given a refund. Ridiculous service!

Potentially the worst "customer service" I've experienced. I started taking swimming seriously for the past year and Speedo is the brand that I use for swimsuits. I've always ordered from 3rd parties in Amazon so I hadn't had the misfortune to deal with their poor customer service. I'm well aware that the sizing of the swimsuits isn't very inclusive (I'm fairly fit and wouldn't say I'm overweight, but still wear one of their biggest sizes). I saw online that there was a sale on Speedo's website and fell for it. I ordered a swimsuit in the same size I have my other 4 Speedo's swimsuits. I received it, tried it and felt loose, still I was dumb enough to give it a try in the water. It just didn't fit, sizing was completely off compared to my other suits. I reached out to customer service and again, I was dumb enough to be completely honest and said I used the swimsuit once. I wanted an exchange because I liked the swimsuit but not the sizing; but the website only allows for returns, so that's why I tried using customer service. Right away I was told I wasn't getting a refund because I had used it. I understand the policies, I understand that they don't do refunds on used swimsuits; what was surprising was the complete lack of professionalism and not even trying to offer a solution, like not a refund but a slight discount to purchase the right size. Nothing. I kept trying, but unfortunately every time I'd send a message, a different person would reply, every single one of them worse than the previous one. Here's where it gets weird. I received on my email a QR code to do the return (I initially had tried after my conversation to get it, but the website wouldn't allow me). So I took the QR code, went to USPS and did the return. I informed through the chain of messages to customer service about this, to which they responded "we're not going to refund you, we'll just send you back the swimsuit". This is when I decided to file a claim with my bank, it didn't make sense to send back a swimsuit that I had payed for, without potentially getting my money nor the swimsuit back. They kept repeating they wouldn't give me my money back. Then I receive an email "we've received your return, you'll get your refund in 3-5 days". What was the point of making it literally impossible to communicate, made me regret ever getting a swimsuit from Speedo again; just to end up doing the easiest thing that was to just refund me? Spare yourself from buying directly from their website, no matter how good the deal is; it's not worth it.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. So, as an update to anyone following this, someone called Kayleigh from Speedo responded to my first review 6 days ago, asking for further details. I promptly sent copies of my proof of return receipts, and a copy of PUDO's confirmation of delivery to their warehouse. Has this issue been resolved? Have I been refunded? Nope. I have had exactly zero communication from Kayleigh since the day she asked for further details. I have left comments on Speedo's insta page but they didn't respond to any of them (unless deleting my comments is considered a response). Doesn't matter. I said what I said. And I will say it again. Someone get me a loudspeaker.
