Very helpful, the original spa we wanted wasn’t available so we were given recommendations that suited us.

Leighton was very helpful, he called me back so I wasn’t on hold too long. All rooms were confirmed and times for the treatments I even had a discount for the Blue light card. Very efficient.

Telephone was answered quickly. Agent was polite, friendly and helpful. Checked availability when the website showed none. What he didn't know, he found out for me and rang me back

Booked through live chat as I was querying a triple room. The lady (I think her name was Karina :?) was wonderful. She helped me out and sent me a link to confirm the booking and pay. It really made it alot easier and I got the room I wanted. Usually live chat takes ages and the person on the other end is not helpful, however spabreaks livechat was one of the easiest and most helpful livechats I've used. Will definitely be using spabreaks again!

Jordon has been very helpful with the whole consultation experience. He patiently waits until I make a decision and provided sufficient information. I have not done the spa treatment yet but I am very excited!
